Well, sorta. In as much as it's going to for v-1 - No shite HTML, no custom client, no "smiley" graphics for people who can't use words, no "friends" lists (the target audience of this is for people who hate everyone and by default may not have many friends, certainly not the kind of people who associate with people that don't know them yet and wouldn;t hang around 5 minutes if they met them in real life...)
